Participating clubs will need to first be a US Club affiliate. After approval, the registration event  and registration will be possible from GotSport. Affiliate clubs may register teams in bulk or manually one-by-one.

Clubs will create their teams in GotSport. These can be new teams or existing teams from previous seasons may be reused. After the club us a US Club affiliate, teams will need to be set to "US Club Soccer Competitive" in order to be registered.

Coaches on CTX Academy teams must complete the following steps:

1. Background check with US Club

2. US Club Coach Membership fee

3. SafeSport training

All CTX Academy players must complete the following US Club requirements:

1. Uploaded Proof of Birth

2. Signed US Club Waiver & Release Form

3. US Club Membership fee
